This piece was inspired by two grandchildren sitting with their grandmother at the Pachyderm Cafe in Paris. I doodled a sketch on a notepad, and finally completed this work in mid-2017, nearly a year after seeing the inspiring cafe scene. I have hundreds of works vying to be compelted, and I am very pleased that this precious scene made it onto canvas (finally). I hope that you enjoy it! This acrylic on canvas work is 48" x 48" x 2" with painted gallery wrap edges. It is wired for hanging and ready for immediate display.

  • "My imaginative spirit is born from the people who inspired me to dream, to see things differently and to live fearlessly. Every work is influenced by hundreds of little moments and extraordinary experiences. In my pieces I try to bring some whimsy into the mundane. It is my hope that I force my audience to exercise their imagination, that my works inspire conversation and that they evoke joy."
