It is very important to us that these irreplacable works are shipped safely. All prints/original works will be sent in protected packaging. The tracking number is shared with the buyer as soon as the piece ships. We will track it until it arrives at buyer's address.
Returns:
If you would like to return a piece of artwork, please contact me and let me know within 7 days after the piece arrives. I want you to be 100% Satisfied with your purchase! The Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact me as soon as you decide you would like to return a piece. Full refunds will be given for returns upon seller receipt of returned product, minus the shipping costs. In the event that you ordered and need to cancel your order, see cancellation policy below.Damages:
If damage is incurred in transit, please refuse the package upon reciept. If you have already signed for the product, contact us within 24 hours so that we can file a report with the shipping company. In the event that your piece was only slightly damaged, I can try to repair the piece. Your satisfaction is very important to me!Cancellation:
